What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure checkout via PayPal and financing options through trusted third-party providers, so you can choose the plan that works best for your budget.

What is your return policy?

Because flooring is custom-ordered and often cut to size, returns may be limited depending on the product type and condition. If your order hasn’t shipped, cancellations may be possible. We always recommend checking the specific return eligibility listed on the product page and contacting us directly if you're unsure.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t yet entered processing or shipment, we can usually cancel or modify it. However, because flooring products are often made-to-order or shipped from warehouses quickly, time is critical. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change.

How do I prepare for installation?

Before installation, make sure your space is clear of furniture, the subfloor is clean and dry, and your HVAC system is running to maintain consistent room temperature. Some floors need to acclimate in your home for 24–72 hours prior to install. We’ll send you a prep checklist after purchase to make things easy.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, most of our floors come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 years to lifetime coverage. Warranty details vary by product and usually cover wear, fading, and defects under normal residential or commercial use. Be sure to follow install and care guidelines to avoid voiding your coverage.

Are your floors really waterproof?

Many of our products, like SPC and WPC vinyl, are labeled waterproof—but that refers to the top surface, not your subfloor. While the flooring won’t absorb water, standing moisture can still damage the subfloor if not addressed. Always pair with proper moisture barriers if you’re in high-risk areas.

What happens if something goes wrong after installation?

If you notice gaps, buckling, or other issues after install, contact us right away. We’ll help troubleshoot whether it’s a product issue, an installation detail, or something environmental. Our warranty and support team will walk you through the next steps to get things resolved fast.

Can your floors handle pets or kids?

Yes, many of our vinyl and laminate floors are built for high traffic and scratch resistance. Look for features like enhanced wear layers or commercial-grade ratings if durability is a top concern. And we can help you choose floors designed to stand up to paws, spills, and playtime.

What’s the difference between luxury vinyl plank and laminate?

LVP is made from waterproof vinyl and is more moisture-resistant than laminate, which uses a wood-based core. Laminate often feels more rigid underfoot and may have slightly better scratch resistance, but LVP is usually safer for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.

Can I install the flooring myself?

Many of our floors are DIY-friendly with click-lock systems, but installation still requires precision. If your subfloor is uneven, or you're installing in tricky areas like stairs or bathrooms, a professional installer is recommended. We offer resources to help you decide what’s realistic.
